We have a 4-7 business day processing time. Our pillows are "made to order" and during this time it allows us time to organize through the amount of orders received.
Once your pillow orders has been processed all orders are shipped USPS Priority and delivery time can take up to 2-3 business days to ship or at the shipping speed you selected. We provide tracking information for all our shipments. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order is shipped.
International shipping is available and all orders will be shipped via USPS International or Fedex. Please note that international shipping can take up to 10-25 business days to ship. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or any packages sent to an incorrect address.

Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase we do our very best to guarantee quality products. All pillow orders may be returned within 10 days of receiving your shipment. All items must be in their original unused, sealed and untampered condition and returned in their original packaging.
Any discounted merchandise will be final sale and non-refundable. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Unfortunately we can not refund shipping and handling fees the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. Please notify us before attempting to do an exchange - you will receive a form and the proper return address for your return item.
We recommend to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking information and delivery confirmation.
We do not offer exchanges on our merchandise. If you are interested in another style pillow please return your merchandise and place a new order for the pillow you would prefer instead.
If you decide you want to cancel your order completely please notify us within 24 hrs of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days. No cancellations can be made once your order has shipped. We do not accept cancellations on custom orders.
