when will I receive my order once I checkout?

We have a 3-5 business day processing time. Our pillows are "made to order" and during this time it allows us time to organize through the amount of orders received

 

Once your pillow orders has been processed all orders are shipped USPS Priority and delivery time can take up to 2-3 business days to ship or at the shipping speed you selected. We provide tracking information for all our shipments. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order is shipped. 

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or any packages sent to an incorrect address. 

Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather. 

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available and all orders will be shipped via USPS International or Fedex. Please note that international shipping can take up to 10-25 business days to ship. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

 

What if i change my mind, can i exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges on our merchandise. If you are interested in another style pillow please return your and place a new order for the pillow you would prefer instead. We are here to help you with all your purchases please email us at hellohausofjune@gmail.com to further assist you. 

Please return all merchandise in original packaging unused within 10 days of receiving your shipment with tracking information. Once your we receive your order we will give you a full refund of your total minus shipping cost.
